About Us
We are a fellowship of sober men in Alcoholics Anonymous across Australia and New Zealand who share a common desire:
to stay sober, to grow in recovery, and to support one another as men trudging the path of happy destiny in Alcoholics Anonymous.
This website has been created to provide a dedicated space for men in AA to connect, share information about their meeting and their upcoming events. This will enable other sober men to discover what is happening in our AA men’s community. Across our two countries there are many powerful gatherings taking place — men’s meetings, men’s rallies, camps, retreats, and special recovery events — yet this information is often scattered or hard to find. We aim to bring it together in one place.
Why We Exist
Recovery thrives in connection. Many of us have found that when men come together in a spirit of honesty, vulnerability, and mutual respect, something special happens. We are better able to talk openly about our lives, our struggles, and our spiritual growth. This platform exists to help make those connections easier and more accessible.
By sharing information about men’s AA events and meetings, we hope to:
- Strengthen unity among sober men
- Encourage participation in men’s AA meetings and events
- Support newcomers and long-time members alike
- Help men feel less alone on their journey
Our Vision
We envision a strong, connected network of sober men across Australia and New Zealand who know where to find each other, how to get involved, and how to stay supported in their recovery. Whether you are looking for a local men’s meeting, a weekend retreat, or a national rally, this site is here to help point you in the right direction.
Our Spirit
This website is run by AA members, for AA members. It is not affiliated with any outside organisations and does not replace the vital role of your local AA group. We simply offer a service — a place to share information, experience, and opportunities for fellowship among men in AA.
Above all, we are guided by the 36 legacies and other principles of Alcoholics Anonymous: unity, service, and recovery. We believe that when sober men support one another, we all grow stronger.
If you are a sober man in AA, you belong here.
